MADALINE MARIE LEVER is a beautiful pastel pink and cream blend appearing more cream in the garden with large green throat. The ruffled 5 ½ inch flowers are round and full with wide sepals. Scapes are 39 inches tall with wide four way branching and 14 + buds, a good rebloomer and a good grower making an impressive clump in the garden.
MADALINE MARIE LEVER is a memorial to a very special gardening friend who passed away in 2006. Madaline was an avid gardener and loved growing all types of plants at her beautiful historical home and garden, but her special love was for roses. She was active in the Blythewood Garden Club, Garden Club Council of Greater Columbia, a flower show judge for many years and had achieved the distinction of Master Judge Emeritus of the National Council of State Garden Clubs, Inc.
