'Be a Clown'
(Jeffcoat P 2012)
TET, SE, 25, EMRE, 5.75, FR, EXT
(FOREVER REDEEMED x seedling)
$75 double fan
The coloration of this flower reminds me of a clown. BE A CLOWN is a lovely rosy orange with a creamy whitish watermark. The throat is pale orange with an olive heart and blends out into the watermark. A narrow creamy white edge encircles the petals.
This is no clown; it is an excellent garden plant with showy flowers and good rebloom.
BE A CLOWN was the winner of the Region 15 seedling bed competition in 2011.

'Beyond All Expectations'
(Jeffcoat P 12)
DIP, DOR, 22, EMRE, 5.5, FR, EXT
(LAVENDER BLUE BABY x EVELYN GATES)
sold out
One of my favorites out of this cross, BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS inherited the beauty of both parents. The 5.5” flowers are a very clear soft pink with a bright rose eyezone above a green throat with deep olive heart, a very pleasing combination. Round and ruffled flowers are beautifully displayed on 22” scapes with 3 way branching averaging around 15 buds. BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS blooms early to midseason with good rebloom.

'Expect The Unexpected'
(Jeffcoat P 2012)
DIP, DOR, 25, EMRE, 5, FR, EXT
(LAVENDER BLUE BABY x EVELYN GATES)
$50 double fan
Yes indeed the unexpected. From round full ruffled parents comes this unique baby. Wide-open form, the outer portions of the petals and sepals are a pale purple and mauve blend with the green throat extending way out on both petals and sepals. The 25” scapes carry flowers well above foliage with 3 way branching and about 15 buds. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED is a good rebloomer.

'Judi’s Razz-A-Matazz'
(Jeffcoat P 2012)
DIP, 26, MRE, 6, FR, EXT
(STARDUST HEIRESS seedling x unknown)
$50 double fan
A beautiful bright raspberry, JUDI’S RAZZ-A-MATAZZ was chosen and named by daughter Judi as her favorite the first year it bloomed. JUDI’S RAZZ-A-MATAZZ is a large 6” flower with wide ruffled petals and sepals and the bright raspberry color is enhanced by a slightly darker band just above a green throat. Form appears slightly triangular because the sepals curl back just a little. Flowers are exhibited on 26” scapes, blooms mid-season and has good rebloom with 3 way branching and 16 buds.

'Magic Combination'
(Jeffcoat P 2012)
DIP, DOR, 22, EMRE, 5, FR, EXT
(LAVENDER BLUE BABY x EVELYN GATES)
$50 double fan
What a Magic Combination! I was blessed when I crossed EVELYN GATES on LAVENDER BLUE BABY. Almost all of the seedlings were keepers, many worthy of introduction, all good bridge plants.
MAGIC COMBINATION is a medium lavender with a dark purple band on the petals, a pale lavender midrib and a wire white edge. The wide throat is bright green becoming lighter as it flows out on the petals and sepals. The round 5” flowers are displayed on 22” scapes with 3 branches and about 14 buds and a good rebloomer.
